Pastor Thomas Tapley is our senior pastor.  He and his beautiful wife, Nancy, are a wonderful addition to our pastoral team.  They have one daughter, Sandi and a grandson, Zack who also join our LCOG family.

He has over twenty-four years of pastoral experience to include the following pastorates: Auburn, Washington; Smyrna, Georgia; Wichita, Kansas; Baker; Louisiana; BonneTerre, Missouri; Willard, Ohio and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Pastor Tapley was ordained in 1978 and has also held prestigious positions as Youth and Christian education Director of New Mexico, State Evangelism Director of Kansas and part of the State Evangelism team in West

                                                  Virginia and North Georgia.

Pastor  Tapley is also a sought after keynote speaker for many events both nationally and internationally. He has also represented his peers on multiple state level boards, which include the State Youth and Christian Education. State Council, State Finance Committee, State Board of Education (Chairman), Ministerial Examining Board (chairman), Ministerial Development Board, and State World Missions Board. He is currently serving on the Benevolence Department Board of Directors and the Southwest Indian Ministries Advisory Board.
